I never planned to become a collector.

It started with a single typewriter.

I was fascinated by its craftsmanship, its mechanical simplicity, and the feeling that it belonged to a different pace of life. Then I found another one. And another. Not because I needed them, but because each seemed to offer something slightly different—better keys, a more elegant design, a smoother touch, a little more character.

At some point, I began to suspect that I was searching for something.

Perhaps the perfect typewriter.

So far, the search has been unsuccessful—in the best possible way.

A handful of machines have already found their way onto my shelves. Some stayed longer than expected. Some moved on to new owners. Each taught me something about what makes a typewriter special, and each made me curious about the next one.

This shop grew out of that search.

Every machine offered here is carefully selected, inspected, and prepared with genuine enthusiasm. These are not just objects to me; they are beautifully engineered tools with stories, personality, and a presence that modern devices rarely possess.

Maybe one day I will find the typewriter that leaves no room for improvement.

Until then, I will keep looking.

And if a few wonderful machines happen to join the journey along the way, I certainly won’t complain.
